Our Techniques
We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our judgment and years of experience.

Extremity Adjusting
In this procedure the doctor is able to assess how well the major joints of your body are functioning. Those joints include your TMJ (jaw), shoulder, elbow, wrist, hands, hip, knees and feet joints. The doctor will adjust those joints, much like they adjust your spine, using either their hands or using the activator instrument. Extremity adjusting is highly effective for such conditions as TMJ, frozen shoulder, bursitis of the shoulder, Tennis elbow, Golfers elbow, elbow tendinitis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, hip and knee arthritis and foot pain associated with plantar fascitis.
Your doctor will know the best adjusting technique to use for you, to insure that you get the most effective and comfortable adjustment possible.
