Myra Jackson

Myra JacksonMy name is Myra Jackson.  I am excited to be a part of the Remarkable Care team. My prior experience has been working in the MHMR field with the physically and mentally challenged and I most recently worked in an alcohol and drug rehabilitation facility.

I was first introduced to the chiropractic field when I was a little girl and my father used to take me with him for his adjustments.

I found chiropractic fascinating.  My father would walk in slightly bent over at the waist and walk out standing tall. His entire mood would change and he would be a much happier person. Then the years passed by and I became the mother of five children.  My infant son was diagnosed with a brain tumor. The tumor was removed but he was left with significant physical challenges. He was sent to a physical therapist to start strengthening exercises. The physical therapist referred me to a chiropractor to work with my baby and help with the adjusting of his shoulder and neck. The results were immediate. He started using his left arm and holding his neck straight and was able to reach for his toys within a week.  The chiropractor and physical therapist worked together as a team.  Most recently, my oldest son returned from Iraq and after 15 months of desert fighting, carrying 60 pounds of equipment daily and sleeping on the ground, he returned home with a limp coupled with back and leg pain.  He had been to the military doctors but had no relief.  When he got back to his hometown, the first appointment he made was with the chiropractor.  He began having relief within the month and today is pain free.  He has no limp and has been maintaining his health for three years now with regular trips to his Chiropractor.
I am confident in telling you that your experience with Remarkable Care will be both satisfying and rewarding. I look forward to meeting you. Better health is right around the corner!

Tracy Lester

Tracy LesterMy name is Tracy Lester. I am the newest member of the Remarkable Care team. For many years I was an executive assistant working behind a computer all day. I realized I was not getting the satisfaction I wanted out of what I was doing, so I decided to make a career change. Dr. Ann took a chance on me, not having any medical background and we have not looked back since.

I have been so impressed with Dr. Ann that I have my husband and three of my four boys in her care. One of my sons has had migraine headaches for several years and his pediatricians answer was medication. I do not want him to rely on chemicals so I brought him to Dr. Ann and she diagnosed him with a pinched nerve in his neck. After only a few adjustments, his headaches are improving and I know soon they will be gone all together.

I have witnessed first hand the awesome things that can be accomplished with chiropractic care.

Our Remarkable Care team is here to help you get your health back or to build upon your good health. I feel privileged to be part of such a caring and capable team. You will find Dr. Ann to be one of the best doctors you have ever gone to. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your improved health.

Dr. Ann Asks some important questions of interest to Rockwall residents - Chiropractor Rockwall Dr. Ann Asks...

How do most people deal with subluxations?
First, they try to ignore them. When they don't, they go to the medicine cabinet to stop their brain from feeling the symptom. Later, back surgery may be threatened. Sadly, it's not until this later stage that they consult our Rockwall chiropractic office. Yet, even with the delay, most are delighted by the results produced by today's chiropractic care. Contact us and let's get started.
What's a side effect?
It may sound like a bonus; something extra, but chiropractors know it should more accurately called an "unintended effect," and "unwanted effect" or in some cases an "adverse effect." A pill can't come close to matching your body's ability to create and deliver the essential compounds it needs. That's when it's important to make sure your nervous system is working correctly—the purpose of chiropractic care!
