I am also a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with Aerobics Fitness Association of America (AFAA). I coach classes ranging from step and kickboxing to cycling and pilates and yoga. I also hold a Sports Nutrition certification from SCW. I have a strong and sincere passion for Health and Fitness. I not only educate and train individuals about health and fitness, but I live health and fitness on a daily basis. I am a National Figure Competitor with goals to become an international fitness model! I want to impact the world by encouraging everyone to make an effort of making health and fitness apart of their lifestyle.
I look forward to working with you in the future.

I was born in Mesquite, Texas and am currently living in Commerce, Texas.
After moving from Mesquite to a couple different areas including Sulphur Springs, Mount Vernon, and Sulphur Bluff, my family settled in a little town between Greenville and Farmersville called Merit, Texas. I graduated from Bland High School where I participated in basketball, baseball, and track. I am currently a senior at Texas A&M University Commerce and will graduate in May of 2009 with a BS in Kinesiology with a Biology minor. I have always had a passion for health and fitness and plan to further pursue my goals by attending Parker College of Chiropractic upon graduation.
I was certified in December, 2007 through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and have worked as a personal trainer at the Morris Recreation Center at Texas A&M Commerce. In my down time I enjoy wakeboarding, snowboarding, working out, riding motorcycles, playing any sport, or doing anything outdoors!
